Student Billing keeps complete track of fee challans invoices and payments, kinship concessions, fee discounts, installments and scholarships. Multiple fee plans with options can be created and associated with various classes & campuses. Student Fee ledgers and various financial and managerial reports can be created at a single click.
Curriculum Management & Planning
Curriculum Planning defines the entire course and associates teachers to the courses. The course planner defines the entire teaching schedule for the course. The course schedule is maintained subject wise for each class. It enables the teacher to stay on track and complete the course work on time. The course planner allows teachers to copy previous plans thus saving their time and enabling them to allocate more time to teaching and in turn improve the quality of education.
The Time Table is maintained subject wise for each class showing associated teachers. Conflicts are managed and alerts are built in the system.
The academic planner maintains the planner for the entire year for each class.
Results Management generates examination results and reports based on exam policies and rules associated with the examination processes. The module keeps a record of all the examinations taking place and calculates final results and grading based on the criteria defined in the system. The examination system allows teachers to enter marks of their students and it evaluates the results based on defined rules.
Attendance Management takes the complete monthly attendance of students, teachers and staff. The attendance can be integrated with biometric devices (or other forms of similar devices).
Library Management keeps record of all Library items and tracks their issuances and fines. Barcoding of items is possible for modern day libraries.
Hostel Management caters for the overall management of the hostel which includes functionality to reserve, rent out rooms, beds, guests and financial charges.
Web Portals are catered for students, parents and teachers. They give relevant information to all relating to assignments, fees, and attendance.
